Rob Burgess interviews Dan Grossman for his podcast

Earlier this year, Rob Burgess, the editor of the Wabash Plain Dealer, interviewed me for his weekly podcast. Burgess was the news editor at NUVO when I was arts editor. I was just as impressed with his organizational ability as I was with his writing. In the interview linked above, I mostly talk about my work as a poet. As you’ll see in the interview, the title of my book of poetry Mindfucking Roundabouts… is something of a ruse and a misnomer, as the subjects of my book range from Old Testament prophets to Elon Musk to time travel, with settings mostly in the Greater Indianapolis area. I hope you enjoy the interview! If the sound quality on my end is a little off, well, that’s my fault as I should’ve invested in a directional mic.
